Now that so many folks are personalising SplashMaps we’re learning so much about our customers! We know they all love the outdoors. But we now know they love period dramas;
..and they love more details, even where our great maps already offer whole islands full of great cartography. The Ordnance Survey 1:25 000 gives field boundaries which some walkers prefer.
Some have achieved great things in 2013 and just want the best way of showing this…
…and some have gifts in mind to mark special occasions.
And one has even given up their paper maps and re-purposed them into envelopes, cards and cheques that accompany their orders!
What does all this customer intelligence say to us? …You are all individuals! And you’ve all found so many ways of making the maps personal that I’ll scratch my head over that one and let you know in a future post…
